Growing the Audience

Three subscriber capture points were added across the site: a footer email signup, an opt-in checkbox on the contact form, and a signup flow integrated into the chat experience. All subscribers land in a PocketBase subscribers collection with source tracking.

An admin page provides subscriber management with export capability. The system respects user preferences and includes proper unsubscribe handling.
