Rebuilt the dashboard with a kanban board for plans, timeline views for roadmap and decisions, data tables for PRDs/tasks/bugs, and a cross-project aggregate home page.

From Lists to Boards and Timelines

The dashboard received a complete visual overhaul. The home page now shows environment-wide stats (phases complete, tasks complete, open bugs, ad-hoc items) with an active plans list. The plans page became a kanban board with Draft, Active, and Complete columns.

Timeline Views

The roadmap page switched to a vertical timeline sorted by project.lastModified, showing project entries with completed phases and activity dates. Decisions got their own cross-project timeline with project filters.

Data Tables

PRDs, tasks, and bugs are now displayed as sortable data tables with columns for project, status, dates, and counts. The tables support project and PRD grouping for quick scanning.
